I love to create. I have a background in biology, but my heart has always been in artistry. In my free time I paint, craft, and of course WRITE! Art is such an important part of self-expression so dive in!
I designed Mindful Musings to push myself out of my comfort zone. My writing and art have been something I kept to myself, but life has taught me to get comfortable with my discomfort. Some of the most beautiful things bloom and grow in the bleakest of environments. I write to process my emotions and experiences, and this helps with healing.
Why Mindful Musings? Why not? Each day brings new challenges and being mindful supports a healthy mindset. Writing and creating artworks is my form of mindfulness. I am ready to share and perhaps become another's inspiration. Mindfulness art is for you, the artist. I seek to free myself from my daily stressors with creativity.
